Jörg-Michael Schwarz has performed throughout the Americas, Asia, Australia & Europe and is recognized as one of North America’s foremost exponents of the Baroque violin. He is the co-founder and director of REBEL, launched in 1991.
Dongsok Shin, born in Boston, has specialized in early keyboard instruments since the 1980s. He has performed around the world, but is most associated with the internationally-acclaimed baroque ensemble REBEL since 1997. He is well known as a recording engineer, producer, and editor of early music recordings. He tunes and maintains early keyboard instruments for the Flint Collection (DE), the Metropolitan Opera (NYC), and the Metropolitan Museum (NYC).
